Social Media Workshops Designed for Hospitals and Health Care Systems

 Raven has designed several social media services customized for the business needs of hospitals.  These workshops and policy development services are customizable for your organization.

C-Suite Social Media Workshop  (5-10 recommended)

The C-Suite workshop program is designed for CEOs, Sr. VPs and VPs. This is an on site 1.5 hour workshop with your top executives designed to address the strategic value of building a hospital social media program.  The session will include participation by your executives in order to customize this session to their level of discussion. No executive prep work is required. If you are looking for a forum to introduce budgetary considerations, staffing support and social media measurement, this workshop is a terrific learning platform to build your case. Fears, uncertainties or doubts about social media are also addressed. If requested, an additional module can be added to the workshop to discuss the topic of managing and measuring employees conducting social media on behalf of the organization 

Large Group (all tiers) Introduction to Social Media  (25-100 recommended)

The large group presentation is perfect for larger departments or full employee groups.  This session is also well-received as part of leadership offsite meetings.  The presentation is on site and can be targeted for 1 to 1.5 hours.  The objective is to Introduce social media and it’s value to your health care organization.  With this presentation, we can generate support for your upcoming or ongoing social media efforts by creating “fans” or “advocates” who will extend your organization’s social media reach. 

Department Social Media Workshop and Training (10-35 recommended)

This 1 to 1.5 hour session introduces your department to social media 101.  This session includes a presentation followed by one-on-one questions and answers to social media questions.  We will discuss techniques for including social media in current marketing, interactive and PR programs as well as social media schedules and planning maps. Your team will be introduced to options for tracking social media and delivering measurable results. Additional team training and social media module setup is available upon request. 

Social Media Policy Development

Is your health care organization engaging in social media or looking to develop a social media program?  Do you know if your employees are publicly engaging in social media on behalf of your organization? In conjunction with your legal staff or HR, we will develop a social media policy that works for your hospital or health care system. The policy is designed to help you establish guidelines, etiquette and recommendations for appropriate social media representation as a member of your employee group or health care community.  This is a must for any organization interested in retaining their brand value, reputation and mission, vision or values.

Employee Social Media Team Creation
